14 Days right to cancel cooling of period

 

We understand that sometimes on the Internet you might not get the feel for a product as you do when you see it physically. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days, this begins on the day after you receive the goods. To return products you must inform us in writing by e-mail.

 

You must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods whilst they are in your possession. Kindly note that You will be financially liable for any damage whilst in your possession and when in transit when returning back to us, until we receive it in our warehouse.

 

You must send the goods back to us in their original condition at your own cost, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend you send it back to us through post with tracking as soon as possible. Kindly use the original packaging when sending the goods back and return the products with the proof of purchase. You are advised to retain proof of posting.

 

Please note: Once your product is installed and fitted we cannot give you a full refund. So please make sure that the product matches your requirements before you install it.

 

Returned products must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. It should be returned
with the original box, packing and accessories.

 

We cannot issue a full refund if:

 

  1. We receive the item without original packaging, Parts and accessories.
  2. You return your product without proof of purchase
  3. You have installed the product

 

General returns

 

For a full refund, the item must be returned in a new condition with all the original packaging, fixtures, accessories and documentation.

 

If the packaging is incomplete or damaged a nominal non negotiable restocking fee of will be applied. The restocking fee may vary from product to product, this will be calculated and you will be informed on the amount. You will not be issued a full refund or credit if an item that has been installed.

 

Returning faulty goods

 

Items authorised for return should be received in a good complete condition with all component parts and accessories.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

 

Usually within 2 weeks of returning your order.
